Our Mission
“Empowering Caregivers, Teachers And Healthcare Professionals With A Reliable, More Authentic, Hands On Approach To Education and Behavior Management Training.”

Dr. Tymera B. Hines, M.A., BCBA, PSY.D

Chairman, Behavior Management & Life Coach

At We-M.A.R.C we believe that you the Caregiver, Teacher, Healthcare Professional are an intricate component of a successful behavior management training program. Who better to help teach and support your Learner or Learners than you? Our desire is to take the journey of learning how to effectively communicate and teach your Learner new skills with you.

We believe that Behavior Management training is essential whether or not your child receives other therapeutic services (i.e., ABA, Speech, Occupational therapy) from an agency or school provider. Behavior Management training will enhance any Learner’s program by providing consistency with targeted skills, promote independence, increase communication, and decrease problem behaviors.

Each Behavior Management training team consists of a BCBA, Licensed Psychologist, Behavior Coach, and online support group(s) where WE-M.A.R.C provides a platform for members to communicate with each other and with monthly featured healthcare professionals in effort to build a community that enhances the training experience.

Each Behavior Management training program consists of a eight week modality broken into weekly goals, data analysis, and two 60 minute check-ins with the BCBA and the Behavior Coach,  to discuss progress, answer questions and provide opportunities for role-play and feedback in real-time.

Dr. McCall-Robinson, Psy.D

Vice Chairman

Dr. Picolya McCall-Robinson is the Vice Chair of We Make A Real Change Foundation and the Founder and CEO of Nsight.Me. Through her agency, she created a specialized treatment strategy that utilizes a whole-family-approach in psychotherapy. She also offers private coaching and consultation services to individuals who would like the benefits of licensed professional psychologists without being restricted to traditional and stereotypical therapeutic approaches.

Dr. McCall-Robinson has noted that traditional settings in psychotherapy do not always help patients with specialized issues such as sexual dysfunction, to express themselves adequately due to the fear of being open, and some of the stigmas associated with participating in “therapy”.
